Return Process

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The order cancellation period is 14 days from the date you received the goods or the date a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.
(No refunds can be requested for food products delivered without any issues.)
(Refunds for food products may be possible if certain conditions are met.)
- If the customer receives a defective or faulty product, a refund may be possible.

Product Condition
The product you wish to return must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
User-Caused Issues
Your return request will be accepted provided there are no user-caused issues with the product.
Return Procedure
You must notify our customer service of your return request within 14 days of the date the product was delivered.
We will send you the necessary documents for the return process and the return address for the product.
After the returned product is inspected, if it is found to be in accordance with the conditions, your payment will be refunded to your account within 14 business days.
Refund
Once the return is approved, the full amount you paid will be refunded to you, provided there is no user-related issue.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by our company if the product is defective or damaged.
