Return Process

(Food products are not eligible for return.)

Return Procedure

We will send you the necessary documents for the return process and the return address for the product.
After the returned product is inspected, if it is found to be in accordance with the conditions, your payment will be refunded to your account within 14 business days.
Refund
Once the return is approved, the full amount you paid will be refunded to you, provided there is no user-related issue.

Return shipping costs are covered by our company if the product is defective or damaged.
User-Caused Issues: If there are no user-caused issues with the product, your return request will be accepted.
